PAYMENT

Your credit card details and transaction details are secure and encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information will be discarded and deleted. Shipping

Please note: All purchases over $200.00 must be verified with proper photo identification issued by the government along with the card used to purchase your order before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out requiring the signature of the purchaser. No exceptions.

Orders placed before 3 pm PST generally ship same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day. Delivery times are based on the distance from our shipping address.

We offer Priority 1 – 3 Business Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information to track your order. Sorry, we are not responsible nor do we take responsibility if USPS delays the delivery of your package as it is 100% out of our company’s control.

Return Policy

RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM – our 100% money back guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for your money back minus shipping. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 14 days after purchase. Orders returned and/or received after 14 days will not qualify for a refund and shipment will be sent back to the customer.

(Note: Our 14 day offer will become effective the date your order ships out of our facility to the date we receive your returned purchase is back in our facility).

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if we receive the order within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Hair must be in the original state and packaging as it was mailed out to the recipient. No exceptions.

All Sales Are Final

 

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. As a small business and wholesale company we do not have large margins that might factor this into our retail pricing. We highly recommend shipping your exchange and/or return package via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.

Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

In the case of damaged items, please refer to the Damaged Items section below.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact the carrier as soon as possible to file a claim. We are not responsible for items damaged by the carrier.
